Katina Boutis joined Everlane in February 2021 as Director of Sustainability. Her focus is on furthering Everlane’s mission to create change for good in the fashion industry by driving social and environmental programs across the supply chain, including the brand’s commitments to no new plastic and transitioning to certified organic cotton. She oversees efforts ranging from fabric sourcing to supply chain compliance and carbon reduction as part of the brand’s mission to make timeless products with a lower environmental impact.
Prior to Everlane, Boutis served as the Director of Sustainability at Away and at Rogan / Loomstate. She also serves as an adjunct professor at LIM College. She obtained her Master of Science in Sustainability Management from Columbia University.
